Joining SHOWROOMgroup websites as a Buyer and browsing the Brand Listings is free.
(Only Accredited Buyers are able to browse the Brand listings, Brand Members are not able to view other Brands.) BRANDS:
We charge fees to Brands for creating their Brand Member page and for uploading and listing line sheets, images, descriptions, etc through our Site and when you list an item you have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged. UPLOADS
To upload Line Sheets & Images:
£6 per upload (approx. $11/€9/¥1211) Or
£4 per megabyte (approx. $7/€6/¥808), whichever is the greater.
Upload PDF, XLS, DOC, JPG or GIF files only. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are payable in GB Pounds sterling. Value added tax of 17.5% applies to all UK Brands and your transactions. Non-UK brands are not liable to pay UK Value Added Tax and must make reverse-charge arrangements in their own territory. You agree that we may issue you with invoices in electronic format by email. Cooling-Off Period - Brands in the European Union only are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven (7) business days. Should you wish to cancel your purchased Brand Membership you may do so for whatever reason within seven (7) days of purchase through our CONTACT page. After seven (7) days of purchase, your Brand Membership will continue for the full year. Brands outside of the European Union may receive a refund if asked for within 7 days of purchase at our discretion minus 30% to counteract currency fluctuations and merchant account charges. All payment details are handled securely by Worldpay so we do not receive your credit card number.Uploads
Uploaded Line Sheets and Images are deleted after 48 hours if not paid for - only purchased images are displayed on Brand Pages for Buyers to view. Uploaded and Purchased Images are valid for one year only after which they can or re-purchased or will be deleted. Brand Pages
Upload line sheets and brochures for Buyers to view, download, print and order from.
Upload images for your buyers to download at their convenience for their marketing materials, websites, online store and reference.
Upload images of press clippings and product placement sightings to promote your PR successes to Buyers.
List your stockists, list trade shows you'll be exhibiting at, and list all your agents and head office contact details. Example Brand Page layout:  |
